So Domo; this picture is very un-amazing but I really don't want to retake it so I shall not. I got the template for this off /po/ and i have no clue where it comes from but
here it is. The instructions happen to be in Japanese >.< so you cant read them but its pretty self explanatory. Blue heart goes to blue heart, pink heart goes to pink heart, and for the top corners follow the numbers (took me about an hour to figure this out O.o). I kind of love this papercraft in all its simplicity.
